When appropriate, Dr. Don Steele brings music into his training programs where he plays with a live band while demonstrating the need for coordinated action in the business environment. PLI also books multiple bands from different genres of music for a variety of events. In Saginaw MI, we have created the Performance Practice Pad. It is a facility where bands of any genre can practice with the idea of not just practicing to get it right but practicing got the point where you can't get it wrong. We are complimenting this practice pad with high technology recording requirement to record bands and discover new talent in these midwest states.

The following three songs are a sampling of what Dr. Don Steele performs in his live performances and recordings. The fourth song is sung by Mike Brush. Many more are available on YouTube, Spotify, and Pandora.
