Terry Duperon
Co-owner Performance Learning, Founder and Chairman of the Board at Duperon Corporations, Inventor, Entrepreneur, Created The C.L.A.S.S., and Subject of "Misfit Millionaire"

Terry Duperon is Founder, Owner, and Chairman of the Board of Duperon Corporation, an international company that designs, develops and manufactures liquids/solids separation equipment for dams, pumpstations, wastewater and other industrial applications.

Terry Duperon's four decades in business coupled with his inability to read or write due to being dyslexic led to a non-traditional approach to viewing opportunity.

In the 3rd grade Terry found that he was different. He realized that he could not read or write like the other kids. However, upon studying the inventors like Eli Whitney, Henry Ford, and Thomas Edison, he found a passion in inventing. This is where his dream of becoming an inventor first started. When Terry was 47 he found there was a name for his disability, he was dyslexic. Being dyslexic never stopped him and he is now the holder of five patents. Mr. Duperon utilizes the skills of entrepreneurship and innovation daily.

His successes and failures in business led him to develop a seminar known as The C.L.A.S.S. This seminar focuses on taking the next clear step, and bringing something to the future that does not exist now.

He has taught entrepreneurial skills to senior engineers at local universities and is the author of "A Different Ability" and "Dare to Be Different". Despite being dyslexic, Terry overcomes his disability daily and is now a successful multi-millionaire.
